Borsa Istanbul applies temporary measures to stocks with unusual price and volume moves as part of market surveillance. This page lists the stocks under such measures with the measure type, start date and end date.
Measures in effect are sorted by start date, upcoming measures by start date and ended measures by end date. A stock can be under several measures at the same time.
The list refreshes during the day; when a measure ends the stock moves to the “Ended” group. Measure decisions are final with Borsa Istanbul announcements.

What is gross settlement?
Under gross settlement, buys and sells on the same day are not netted; each trade settles separately. Shares sold intraday therefore have to be in the account already.
